Please do not send particularly sensitive information that is not necessary for the wedding planning.

We process information required for the invitation and organisation of the wedding, in particular names, language, maximum number of guests, response status, number of attending guests and optional messages.

Information about allergies, dietary restrictions or food preferences is voluntary. Please only enter information that is relevant for planning the meal.

The public website does not show the guest list or other guests’ responses.

The data is used to manage invitations, collect responses, plan the number of guests, consider food preferences and prepare organisational matters relating to the wedding.

Providing this information is voluntary. The processing is used for the private organisation of the wedding and is based, where required, on your voluntary submission or consent, especially for optional information about allergies or food preferences.

The data is not sold, not used for advertising and not published publicly.

We use technical service providers to operate the website, in particular Vercel for hosting and deployment, Supabase for storing responses and Google Sheets/Google Cloud for managing the guest list.

A wedding planner only receives an anonymised overview with aggregated numbers. Individual names, messages, allergies and personal response links are not shown there.

Some technical service providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. We limit the processed data to what is necessary for organising the wedding.

If map functions or links to Google Maps are used on the website, data may be transmitted to Google when they are accessed.

We do not use advertising or marketing tracking.

For the internal management area, technically necessary session cookies may be used so that the login works and the session can end automatically after a certain time.

The data is stored only as long as it is needed for wedding planning and follow-up.

After the wedding, RSVP data should generally be deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed.
